MWR brings the latest technologies to our facilities and activities on Redstone Arsenal so they are available to you! The Mission of the Technology Services Unit is to provide technology services that are accessible, reliable, convenient and secure for the purpose of empowering the Family and MWR community.

We work closely with other Redstone units using Information and Business Development Technologies to create and deliver services that ensure effective use of information technology resources.

Technology Services aspires to:

• continuously improve services, facilities, and offerings
• respond to a changing environment in innovative ways
• provide leadership and planning to make the best use of emerging technologies

Technology Services consists of three units:

• Application Services responsible for the development of information systems essential to the operation of the MWR activities and services we provide to our MWR community
• Infrastructure Services responsible for providing highly available, high quality access to MWR's electronic resources and the Internet
• Technology Support Services provide services and facilities for all customers that center on the effective use current and emerging technology solutions
