We offer a no hassle ONE STOP conferencing service that reaches across all of Family and MWR activities to find YOUR BEST FIT. We understand that you, as the client, need an easy and cost-efficient way to communicate with customers, employees and colleagues so we've designed a full suite of conferencing services with your needs in mind. What we offer is an efficient, affordable and hassle free suite of conferencing services and rental items so you can pick what's right for you.

We can offer assistance planning your next incentive meeting, offsite, organizational day or morale boosting event! Let our years of expertise in hosting fun filled events work for you and your company! We welcome the opportunity to offer a selection of special touches that are sure to be a hit! Does your outing require tables, chairs, grills, or canopies? No problem, we have you covered! How about adding some fun with pontoon boat rides, face painting or even a dunking booth? We can even customize a package that includes golf or bowling for your group. The possibilities are endless as we work together to create the best there is to offer right here on Redstone Arsenal.

Our latest addition is our "One Point" production service. We assist in delivering high quality print products for your conference or event also! We provide custom artwork design, signs, banners and much more at extremely affordable rates. Not only do we offer state-of-the-art media services, we can provide customized design and development of multi-media presentations, video productions, and a wide variety of audiovisual materials.
