Summer Reading Program wards Ceremony COST -0.00 DATES - 30 July, 2008 TIMES - 0800 LOCATION -Building 3466, Snooper Road The Summer Reading Program Awards Ceremony Will be held on 30 July at 1730 in Building 3466 Snooper Road. This is the culmination of the summer reading program.

SKIESUnlimited SKIESUnlimited classes are offered to enrich the academic, physical and emotional lives of youth. This program is open to youth ages 4 - 18.

Piano: Piano lessons are available for children ages 5-18 and will be offered Monday-Thursday from 4:00pm-6:30pm. All lessons are for 30 minutes. All available slots are on a first come first served basis.
Piano Lessons will cost: $50.00 per month for one class per week / $75.00 per month for two classes per week.

Cheerleading & Kindernastics: Dates and Times at Redstone Arsenal Youth Center Building 3148 for Cheerleading (K - 12th Grade)

*Sundays - 4:00pm - 6:00pm

*Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Dates and Times at Redstone Arsenal Youth Center Building 3148 for Kindernastics (ages 3-5)

*Wednesday-10:00am-11:00am

Monthly sessions - $40.00 for Cheerleading

Monthly sessions - $35.00 for Kindernastics

Dance: (4) Classes per month are $35.00 & (8) classes per month are $60.00. Students will have to enroll in two separate classes in order to take 8 classes per month. Each class is only offered one time per week.

TUES. Creative Dance Age 3-5 10:00 - 10:45 am

Hip - Hop Age 10 - Up 5:30 - 6:30 pm

WED. African Dance Age 6 - 9 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Capoeira Age 8 - Up 7:30 - 8:30 pm

Vocal Lessons COST -Group Class: 45 minutes/$60 per student (4 classes per month) AND $60.00 per student / four (4) classes per month $75.00 per student / eight (8) classes per month DATES - Tuesday & Thursday (For July Only) TIMES - Group Lessons (0900-0945) and 1000-1700 for 45 minute Individual lessons LOCATION -Building 3466, Snooper Road. Vocal Lessons will be offered to any child in the Tennessee Valley. Students wishing to take these dynamic coaching lessons do not need to be affiliated with Redstone Arsenal. Vocal Lessons will be offered on Tuesday and Thursdays for 45 minute increments. Group lessons will be offered from 0900-0945 and individual lessons will begin at 1000-1700 at 45 minute increments.

The Summer Reading Program Awards CEremony is the culmination of the summer reading program. All children that have participated in the summer reading program and who have submitted their reading logs will be honored at the ceremony. Top readers in the k-5, 6-8, and 9-12 grade groups will receive special rewards for their extraordinary efforts in reading over the summer.
