The Information and Referral (IR) Program provides information concerning local military and civilian service agencies. The IR&F serves as a link between families and those human service agencies that can further assist them in solving social, economic, medical or educational concerns.

Follow-up is conducted in complex referral cases to determine if required services were provided.
